Bottoni Impianti

Daniele Bottoni, founder of the company, began working in the world of coffee in 1983 at the historic "Victoria workshops” as a technical installer of roasting systems.

After 20 years of experiences acquired decides to exploit his knowledge in the sector by setting up his own company for the construction of industrial plants for coffee processing.

In recent years, driven by the great market demand and solicited by important international customers, it has expanded its range of products improving and automating roasters, also paying attention to ecology by designing accessories to improve efficiency and reduce consumption.

Roasters

Coffee roasters are machines used to roast coffee beans, giving them their characteristic dark brown color and typical intense aroma, making them ready to be ground and used to prepare coffee-based drinks.

Silos

Coffee silos are devices used to store and preserve roasted coffee beans in large quantities, they are designed to keep the coffee fresh and protected from air, light and humidity, thus ensuring that the coffee retains its original aroma and taste .

About us

We provide highly customized solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

We have been collaborating with Bottoni Impianti since 2007, and in these ten years we have appreciated the simplicity of the procedures, the availability and experience of the staff. Bottoni is a serious and well-prepared company and through the use of their roasters we have noticed some improvements, especially between the combination of machinery with the type of boiler and the electronics, roasting curves, etc. All this has brought significant advantages in terms of toasting time, but above all in terms of energy saving (the avoidance of a smoke burner at the chimney exit) and the machine's automatism (it seems almost automatic)

We have been customers of Bottoni Impianti for about 5 years, we met them through work colleagues and we were immediately in tune. We decided to collaborate with Bottoni for the quality of their work and professionalism. Bottoni's roasters have contributed to the improvement of the quality of our product, we have also noticed a significant energy saving given that with a single burner it is possible to burn the fumes like having an afterburner.

Revision

In addition to the production of new roasters, we deal with used ones: we can overhaul and recondition used systems and make them 100% as new, guaranteeing functionality and providing the CE certificate. By overhauling and reconditioning we mean disassembly of each single piece with associated cleaning, sandblasting and painting. Furthermore, all mechanical, thermal, electro-pneumatic and electrical components are replaced or overhauled. We also overhaul roasters not produced by us.
